Brief Job Description:
- Process all Administration transactions from receiving PO (Purchase Order) until product delivery and invoicing;
- Support to make Sales transaction report and other administrative report;
- Control the document related to the Sales transaction and any other administrative document;
- Control all filling document related Sales Administration transaction and sales activity.
- Have graduate minimal Diploma III (Economic background preferred);
- Have good English communication, both oral and written;
- Excellent to operate MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point;
- Have 1 year working experience in Administration or Finance;
- Understand about Finance or Accounting is an advantage;
- Familiar with SAP system;
- Familiar with numbers;
- Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat.
